Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure the availability of our esteemed therapists, we highly recommend scheduling your appointment at least 2 hours in advance. For any bookings desired after 2:00 AM, a minimum of 2 hours’ prior notice is strictly required.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand plans may change. You may elegantly reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge by providing a minimum of 2 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session. For cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment time, or in the case of a ‘no-show,’ a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee, or the full service fee, may apply, contingent on the specific circumstances. Should a rare circumstance arise where our therapist is unable to provide the service, we assure you a full refund or a convenient rescheduling of your session.

Client Suitability for Service

For your safety and optimal therapeutic experience, please ensure you are in a suitable physical and mental condition to receive our professional massage service. This includes being free from severe skin conditions or any contraindicating pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy). Clients must also not be under the influence of intoxicating substances or in a state of impaired consciousness. Should these conditions not be met, we reserve the right to respectfully decline or terminate the service without a refund. For bookings with post-service payment, actual charges for wasted time and travel expenses may be incurred.

Travel Privileges

We are pleased to offer complimentary travel within a 6-kilometer radius from our Sukhumvit 24 location, encompassing areas such as Phrom Phong, Asoke, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Silom, and Sathorn. For destinations beyond this radius, a transparent travel fee will be applied, determined by distance, traffic conditions, and prevailing weather.

Payment Policy

For your utmost convenience, Sukhumvit Massage accepts a comprehensive range of payment methods. You may settle your service fee upon completion of your massage using Cash (Thai Baht and readily exchangeable foreign currencies in Thailand), Bank Transfer, PromptPay, TrueMoney Wallet, major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Wise, and select Cryptocurrencies. Please note that for specific premium services or special promotions, a nominal advance deposit may be kindly requested at the time of booking to secure your desired session.
